This hotel in the center of Zakopane offers great value for money. The spacious rooms were in excellent condition, with old fashioned furniture adding character. The staff were very kind and the breakfast buffet was top-notch. Highly recommended!
No issues, everything was absolutely fine.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with excellent transportation options and easy access to all the main sights of the city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We especially loved the delicious breakfast every morning and the cozy old-style restaurant that provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Nothing for us.

Great Easter weekend, I really enjoyed my stay! The breakfast was awesome, with yummy treats that filled me up all day! Another advantage was the friendly staff that made sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything and it made exploring the city super easy.
That there was no key to the door, so if I came back late, I had to ring the bell and wait for the staff to let me in. But the staff were always helpful and made sure that I was comfortable.

Very good quiet location, at the same time close to the famous pedestrian zone "Krupowki" and to the entrance to the Tatra National Park and the hiking trails. Cosy atmosphere and nice staff. The private parking lot is closed for the night.

This hotel has a great location, really close to the tourist street and city centre. the restaurant is excellent, offering good quality food. the hotel is also near to the main street where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. the breakfast is very good with plenty of choices, and the rooms are clean and spacious.
The staff could be more attentive to guests' needs and provide better service.

Reception was very helpful and friendly. We only stayed one night as we were cycling through but I would have liked to stay longer. The hotel is ideally placed for the town, but is on a quiet street.

-Very close to town center -Were able to check in early -Has a nice old style on the restaurant and fire place area. -Friendy/normal staff
-Room was cold when walked in and took it around half a day to warm up. -It is a cold and dark hotel, in the lobby, restaurant, fire place and billiard areas you need to wear warm clothes, its not cozy and you don't feel comfortable because of the lack of attention to keep the place warm. You need to escape to the room to feel comfortably warm. -The hotel is falling into pieces bit by bit. Billiard table is not maintained, rooms as well.
